Iris：Both come with electrical focusing.

Zoom: 350 beam is not with zoom, beam angle is fixed about 3 degree. 350 3in1 is with zoom, the angle can be up to 40 degree, so it can be as the function of wash or follow spot sometimes, while 350 beam can not. 

Power: Both 350w bulb, but 350w beam is stronger, sharper. Right because it is less complicated on Multi-layer optical lens set, it reduces the light loss.

Prisms: Both with 2 prisms. Most 350w beam is only with 8 or 16 prism, but ours is with 2 prisms structure and can be overlay. 

Gobo: 350w beam is with one static gobo while 350w 3in1 is with one static gobo and one rotation gobo.

In summary, 3in1 is more functional And I believe that in the future performance lighting industry, 3in1 lighting will be the mainstream. But you can choose the type of fixture that suits you based on your performance requirements.
